STRIKE - MARCH - RALLY! Stand up for Education

On Thursday 10th July the NUT will join with other public sector unions on strike.
We are not just fighting over pay, pensions and workload (important though these are) but also for the future of education in this country.  Michael Gove seems intent on driving qualified teachers out of the profession and allowing unqualified people to take over education.  Would you want an unqualified doctor treating the sick, an unqualified lawyer appearing in court or a driver who had not passed their test driving a bus?  Surely our children's education is too important to leave to amateurs.
If you are in the NUT then make sure you STRIKE, MARCH AND RALLY on Thursday.  If you are not in the NUT then come along and support us in our fight to STAND UP FOR EDUCATION:

March 10.30am from outside The Kingsmead School, Bridge Street, DE1 3LH
Rally 11am Derby Market Place - Joint rally with Unison, Unite, GMB, PCS and FBU
