Teachers at Alfreton Grange School in Derbyshire are fighting an intransigent management who have refused to negotiate over changes to the school day that are impossible for teachers to work with and which have caused upset and anger amongst parents and students.
So far they have taken 5 days of strike action and are set to take 11 further days unless an acceptable solution is found to these changes.
