Vote Yes to Establish a Political Fund!

The National Education Union is currently balloting its members to establish a new political fund.

You should by now have received your ballot paper - please vote YES!

As you will know, the NUT and the ATL have both a proud history of campaigning on the broader issues of education.

In order for the new National Education Union to build on that history we need a new political fund that can be used for non-party political purposes to campaign on those wider issues as well as continue our anti-racist and anti-fascist work. As you may know, several of our members in Derby have been very active in organisations like Stand Up To Racism and helping refugees in Calais; and the NUT was very supportive of these members both locally and nationally. We have a proud legacy to build on!
